Clavister Netwall Fundamentals

Op 6 en 7 april 2020 organiseert NewChannel in nauwe samenwerking met Clavister een tweedaagse technische Netwall Fundamentals certificeringstraining. Deze training is de eerste stap in de technische certificering van engineers als onderdeel van het Clavister Partner Programma. Deze speciale editie is exclusief voor NewChannel resellers en (mede) bestemd als voorbereiding op de Clavister Netwall MasterClass op 13 en 14 mei 2020 bij NewChannel in Zoetermeer. 

Deze training maakt deel uit van het Clavister Partner programma en dient de officiële certificering tot Clavister Partner. 

Het betreft een tweedaagse klassikale online training. Iedere deelnemer krijgt voor de training de beschikking over een eigen werkomgeving en actieve begeleiding. Het curriculum bestaat uit:

Clavister NetWall Fundamentals is the first training to attend for anyone not familiar with Clavister NetWall products. Both beginners and technicians with experience from other vendors are welcome to attend. This training is a hands-on, scenario based approach to network administration with NetWall. It is the prerequisite for all other trainings in the same course and as such the very first step on the way to become both a NetWall expert and a more complete and successful person. After completing this training you will have a good understanding of basic network security, how to properly install and configure a Next Generation Firewall, and how it fits into a typical network. You will also gain good insight in its various subsystems and their purpose. This 2-day training covers a lot of ground and provides you with the knowledge on how to:
• use the full range of administration and log management tools: CLI, web UI, InControl and InCenter
• understand the concepts of routing, objects and security policies
• set up and use threat management features such as Intrusion Detection and Prevention, Application Control, NetEye, IP reputation, etc.
• get acquainted with multi factor authentication
• configure LAN-to-LAN and roaming VPN tunnels the easy way  

Maximaal aantal deelnemers aan deze unieke Fundamentals training is 14 deelnemers.
